Tea was born in Zugdidi. She received her higher education at Tbilisi State University, majoring in history teaching. She was awarded a master’s degree from the same university.

In addition to her academic education, Tea actively participated in various trainings, seminars, and educational programs to improve her qualifications, which contributes to her professional development and makes her work more effective.

Her work experience began in 2002–2004 as a teacher.

In 2015–2016, he was employed at the distressed assets bureau.

Since 2023, Tea has been the Service Organizer and Administrative Assistant for the Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development in Zugdidi. In this position, she ensures the effective planning and coordination of services, taking the needs of service users into account.
