After graduating from Saguramo Public School, Nino received her higher education at Ilia State University, after which she was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
In 2018, she participated in the World Vision Georgia project “SKYE”, within the framework of which she received multifaceted non-formal education. In 2019, she was a facilitator for a group of adolescents aged 13–17 in the same project. Together with the team, she implemented the initiative “Books to the Library”, as a result of which about 30 new books were added to the Saguramo Library by collecting waste paper.
In 2025, Nino completed a one-month training course in criminal psychology at the Caucasus Law Academy. In the same year, she completed a training course organized by the Coalition for Early Childhood Development – Principles and Implementation of Early Childhood Intervention.
Nino joined the team of the organization Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development in 2025 and is an Early Childhood Development Specialist in Saguramo. Her work includes assessing the development of children aged 0–7, developing and implementing individual plans, conducting appropriate visits, and strengthening communication, cognitive, motor, and social skills. Nino actively collaborates with families and the multidisciplinary team, which ensures the quality of service and makes her work effective.
