Biography

Nana was born in Kutaisi. After finishing school, she continued her studies at Ioane Petritsi University, Faculty of Pedagogy, where she was awarded a bachelor’s degree.

To improve her professional qualifications, she has completed a number of trainings and educational programs, including the three-month training of the National Center for Teachers’ Professional Development “National School”, the MAC Georgia training program on the topic of special needs and intervention methods. She has completed a 200-hour internship at the day center “Magical World”. Additionally, she has mastered the theoretical knowledge of inclusive education and difficult behavior management through trainings organized by the Akaki Tsereteli State University Center for Continuing Education.

From 2016 to 2019, Nana worked as a primary school teacher and class tutor at the public school of the village Zegani in Baghdati municipality.

She has been employed as a teacher at the Baghdati Day Care Center for Children with Disabilities “Dimna” since 2023. Nana is distinguished by her high level of responsibility, commitment to the principles of inclusive education, and an approach focused on supporting individual development.
