Irma has 20 years of professional experience in financial administration. She has held the position of Financial Manager of the Education Development and Employment Center, since its establishment. Irma was responsible for managing the organization’s financial activities, planning and implementing financial activities for ongoing projects.

At various times, he was the financial manager of World Vision Georgia within the framework of separate projects, the Humanitarian Center Abkhazia, and the TV company Mega TV. She worked as an accountant at Audit Service Center LLC and Energotest LLC.

Irma has a higher economic education. Throughout her professional experience, she has participated in numerous educational programs to improve her qualifications.

Irma joined the Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development team in December 2024 and is responsible for the organization’s accounting services.
