The organization Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development, in collaboration
with the Logomedi Center for Speech Development and Correction, held free
consultations with a speech and language therapist for children and adults in Baghdati.
The consultation aimed to detect and diagnose any type of speech disorder, determine
the cause, and develop an action plan and measures necessary to overcome the problem.
The individuals who attended the consultation were also provided with information about
existing and future planned social services in Baghdati.
The consultation was led by Ekaterine Chavchavadze, the head and founder of
“Logomedi”, speech and language therapist.
The consultations were held within the framework of the project “Needs-based and
development-oriented day care and therapy environment for people with disabilities”,
funded by the Bulgarian Development Fund, implemented by the organization Habitat
for Equality Achievements and Development.
