Natia was born in Kutaisi. After graduation, she continued to study at Akaki Tsereteli State University, in the faculty of history.

Her working experience starts in 2005, as a teacher of history, jurisprudence, and civil education. from 2005-2012 she was the director of the same school. Since March 2018, she has been the executive director of the Education Development and Employment Center. As the executive director of the organization, Natia is directly responsible for the organization’s program planning and management, human resources management, risk assessment, and presentation of the mission and goals of the organization in public activities.

Since May 2022, Natia is the chairman of the board of AIP Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development. Since March 2018, she has been the executive director of the Education Development and Employment Center. As the executive director of the organization, Natia is directly responsible for the organization’s program planning and management, human resources management, risk assessment, and presentation of the mission and goals of the organization in public activities. Natia has participated in many trainings, seminars and educational programs for raising qualifications, both in Georgia and abroad. She has a long experience as a trainer. Natia is the author and co-author of many publications. All this helps her to fulfill her responsibilities with great professionalism.
