Avtandili was born in Kutaisi. He received his academic education at Tbilisi Technical University, specializing in the production of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

His working experience started in 2008. From 1998-2008, he worked at the Kutaisi Aviation Technical Factory. Since 2011, he has been working as a logistics manager at the Education Development and Employment Center.

Avtandili became a member of the organization Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development in 2022. He works in the position of Logistics and Security Manage. He has many years of experience in this position, which helps him to carry out his activities in the organization correctly and purposefully.
