Kutaisi Day Center serves disabled children from 6 to 18 years old. The aim of the center, taking into account individual capabilities, is to improve the social condition of children and promote their integration into society.
The teacher is responsible, together with a multidisciplinary team (pedagogue assistant, psychologist, parent), for studying the mental, psychological, development level and capabilities of the beneficiaries, for drawing up an individual development plan based on the results for each beneficiary, for implementing the set tasks, monitoring and evaluating the achieved results.
Habitat for Equality, Achievement and Development will give preference to long-term collaboration-oriented candidates when selecting interns.
Main responosibilites:
- distribution of information booklets, flyers, posters and other informational materials about language and speech therapy;
- dissemination of information about the service to be implemented through social and traditional media;
- maintaining constant communication with existing customers in the process of providing services, using both telephone and other means of communication; as well as maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers;
- ser registration, therapy scheduling, monitoring and supervision of the service delivery process;
- management, control, accounting and reporting of the service payment process by customers;
- cash register management;
- conducting administrative affairs;
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding as needed;
- Acceptance of users/beneficiaries;
- Weekly financial and reporting to the immediate supervisor;
- ensuring cleanliness and order at the place of service delivery;
- producing and updating the register of beneficiaries/users;
- Creation/correction of data electronically;
- Finding potential customers and providing them with the information they need about the customer’s activities;
- Preparation of the report to be delivered to the donors by order of the customer.
Knowledge and experience of mandatory skills:
- high education;
- at least 1 year of work experience;
- Experience in working with case management and documentation;
- knowledge of computer office programs;
- high responsibility and conscientious attitude to work;
