First aid training for employees of Kutaisi Day Center for Children with Disabilities “Magic World”

Natia Robakidze, a representative of the Kutaisi branch of the Georgian Red Cross
Society, conducted first aid training for the employees of the Kutaisi Day Center for
Children with Disabilities “Magic World”.
The goal of the training was to provide the participants with the basic knowledge of first
aid and develop the necessary skills. The training was based on international standards
and included theoretical and practical components, which will help the participants
respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
Participants learned about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the rules of action in
case of a foreign body in the airways, the characteristics of age groups, the protocol for
stopping bleeding, and discussed safety measures for the victim.
The organization “Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development” would like to
