An excursion of the service users of the Baghdati Day Centre for Persons with Disabilities “Altera” to Batumi
Service users of the Baghdati Day Centre for Persons with Disabilities “Altera” spent an interesting day full of pleasant experiences in Batumi.
They visited the Batumi Botanical Garden, strolled along the Boulevard and the Black Sea coast, went out to sea on a yacht in the evening, and watched the sunset from the sea at the end of the day.
Such out-of-town activities serve purposes beyond mere relaxation and entertainment. Discovering new places, participating in diverse experiences, and actively engaging in public life contribute to the development of social skills and the strengthening of independence.
