A particularly aromatic, fun, and energetic atmosphere filled the Social Inclusion Center “Altera” in Baghdati – the center hosted a real culinary battle! Two teams composed of service users from Baghdati’s day care centers – “Altera” and “Dimna” – competed against each other. The competition took place in a friendly and positive environment. The participants prepared delicious summer salads and Italian pasta. The kitchen was filled with amazing enthusiasm, team spirit, and, of course, delicious aromas! This day was not just about fun. Such practical activities provided the participants with many important skills: learned how to independently prepare new, delicious dishes; became thoroughly acquainted with kitchen safety rules; took their first steps toward mastering the skills needed for the culinary profession. Most importantly, however, were the positive emotions and confidence that each participant gained from this day.
