On November 28, in Terjola, the organization Habitat for Equality, Achievement and Development (HEAD),
in collaboration with the Speech Development and Correction Center Logomedi, and with the support of the
Terjola Municipality, held a free consultation with a speech and language therapist for children and
adolescents.
The consultation aimed to detect and diagnose any type of speech disorder, determine the cause, and
develop an action plan and measures necessary to overcome the problem.
The consultation was led by Ekaterine Chavchavadze, the head and founder of “Logomedi”, speech and
language therapist.
The consultation process was attended by representatives of the City Hall’s Social Service and Child
Protection and Support Department, who discussed the current situation and challenges in this regard in
Terjola Municipality and discussed ways of future cooperation for the benefit of children and individuals
living in Terjola Municipality.
