After finishing her studies, Leni joined one of the biggest chocolate companies in Europe and managed national and international projects on the operational and strategic levels. During this time, Leni also spent one year as a volunteer in South Africa to work on socially inclusive urban transformation for the most vulnerable. Afterward, she focused more and more on the organizational development sphere, obtaining the additional qualification of Certified Human Resources Developer and gaining practical experiences while cooperating with big and small-sized companies and public service institutions. From that moment on, supporting organizations to find their unique path and create their own culture while establishing a sustainable, healthy, and flowing structure became her main goal.
In 2021, Leni joined Bread for the World as a Technical Adviser in Papua New Guinea where she supported different local partner organizations in their development.
She became a member of Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development in 2022. Leni is a professional aid worker sent by the German organization Bread for the World in December 2022. Her main goal is to help Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development to achieve various strategic and structural topics. Today she is pleased to put all her knowledge and experiences into helping the development of the organization as one of Georgia’s first countrywide multi-service providers.
