Tamar was born in Kutaisi on May 16, 1996. She graduated from Kutaisi LLC School No. 1 “Gokadze”. After graduating from school, she continued her studies at the Georgian National University, Faculty of Psychology.

In parallel with her studies, she actively worked on the professional development and completed a number of qualification improvement courses and trainings, including:

• Practical course in clinical psychology;
• Basic course in behavior management and applied behavior analysis (ABA) (includes complex behavior management and behavior management strategies);
• Speech therapy course;
• Sensory integration course;

She worked in both rehabilitation and mental health and drug addiction prevention centers.

Since 2025, she has been working as a psychologist at Imereti Day Care Centers of Habitat for Equality Achievements and Development.

The knowledge and practical experience she has gained allow her to work effectively with children, approach each of them individually, and use modern, evidence-based approaches.
